Sir Isaac Vivian Alexander Richards is been acknowledged by his friend with the name of Vivian Richards, born on 7th March 1952 in St. John’s, Antigua. Previously, He was the part of West Indian Cricket squad and has played several matches. He is married and lives with his wife Miriam and two children Matara Richards, who currently stay in Toronto, Canada, and Mali Richards. He is popularly known by his second name or by Viv or Kind Viv. In year 2000, he was selected as the Cricketers of the Century among further five cricketers, by 100 member section of experts, together with Shane Warne, Sir Donald Bradman and Sir Jack Hobbs. He was reviewed by Wisden for his best performance in One Day International cricket in February 2002 and same year; he was selected as the greatest ODI batsman of all time and also third extreme greatest Test batsman of all time following Sachin Tendulkar and Sir Don Bradman.

Vivian Richards was a right handed batsman with a versatile off-spin bowling. He made his Test match debut for West Indian cricket team against India in year 1974 which held in Bangalore. He played a memorable and an unbeaten inning of 192 runs in the second Test of same series detained in New Delhi. During his Test innings career, he scored 8,540 runs in 121 Test matches with an average of 50.23 and including 24 centuries. In 1977 to 79, he also achieved 5 centuries in World Series Cricket matches. Richards in 1975 has assisted West Indies to triumph the introductory Cricket World Cup, which he lately inscribed as the memorable inning of his career.
